So, this is hilarious. They’ve been sending engineers over to my area all day. You don’t understand, I like being seen as mediocre. I have no responsibility and I get to stream podcasts and music through my hearing aides all day for $20/hr. I do my job, which is basically committed to memory, just basic motor function at this point. You can decide to under-utilize your employees all you want. It’s a good demonstration of how you run your business.

I’ll get back to my Malcom Gladwell podcast which I was quite enjoying.
