So, they posted my schedule a day early to passive aggressively say that they are not negotiating either. See, they’ve been putting me in a zone that the operators occupy, instead of the zones the back-up mechanics occupy, (which is the job title they withheld from me for over 2 years) for weeks now.

It’ll be fun when I go to the Labor Board about their blatant discrimination and retaliation which can be proven.

Oh and I’m staying.
